I
couldn't get in and out of a car without excruciating pain. I
had to totally give up weight lifting and what I love most: jogging.
Even pleasure walking was out of the question. My life was over.
On
the 6th treatment on Spinal Decompression, I felt a tremendous
release in my lower back. On the 7th & 8th, I had two more
"releases," and I began feeling less and less pain.
What a relief! I could smile again.
Now
I can do most anything. Just today, I walked seven miles and jogged
one mile - all without any pain.

I
was on disability and not working. My sleeping pattern was interrupted.
I couldn't walk 50 feet without experiencing painful jolts in
my shin, knee, thigh and hips. I felt imprisoned in my own home.
